Diesel-electric hybrid: twin 300hp diesel engines drive generators, which power twin electric motors turning the props. Pure-electric mode available for only 10 minutes at 10 knots (marina manoeuvring) — this is NOT a pure-electric boat despite silent-running foiling capability. Takeoff onto foils at 17 knots; foiling reduces fuel consumption 20-50% and generates a claimed 3x less wake than a conventional boat of the same size above 18 knots.
