Nauteria operates this site and the 95 country platforms listed on our network page. For any question about this page, or to exercise any of the rights described below, write to office@nauteria.com.

Enquiries you send us. If you submit an enquiry form or email us, we store what you provide — typically your name, email address, country, the model you are interested in, and any budget or timeframe you choose to share — so that we can respond and, where you have asked us to, introduce you to the relevant manufacturer or dealer.

Partner enquiries. If you write to us as a manufacturer or dealer, whether by the partner form on this site or by email, we store your company, your name and email, the markets you cover and the models you mention, so that we can reply and set up a listing. We keep this as ordinary business correspondence.

Spam protection. To protect our forms from automated abuse we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks the request in your browser without setting cookies or tracking you across sites, and we briefly keep a salted one-way hash of your IP address that cannot be turned back into the address.

Analytics, only with consent. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. No analytics cookies are set and no data is sent until you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. Decline and the site works exactly the same.

Nothing else. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell personal data, and we do not build profiles across other websites.

When you ask to be put in touch with a manufacturer or dealer, we pass on the details needed for them to reply to you. They then hold that information as their own controller, under their own privacy policy.

We also rely on service providers who process data on our behalf: our hosting provider, our database provider and our email provider. They act on our instructions and may not use the data for their own purposes.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and to meet our record-keeping obligations, and are deleted when neither applies. Analytics data is retained for a limited period in Google Analytics and is not linked to any enquiry you send us.

Under the GDPR you may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to transfer it elsewhere. You may also withdraw analytics consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which restores the consent banner.

Write to office@nauteria.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Specifications, prices and availability are researched from manufacturers' published material and, where possible, confirmed with them directly. Prices are indicative, frequently converted from another currency, and change without notice. Ranges and speeds quoted by builders are measured under conditions that vary between brands.

Nothing published on our sites is an offer, a contract or professional advice. We are not a broker: we do not sell boats, take deposits, or act as party to any sale. Always confirm specification and price with the manufacturer or dealer before committing to a purchase.

If you find something incorrect, tell us and we will correct it.

Manufacturer names, model names, logos and images remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the products described. The compiled database, editorial text and site design are the property of Nauteria.
